The high school boys’ soccer team defeated Kansas City East at home in one of their strongest defensive games of the season with a final score of 2-0. Kansas City East’s loss to Seabury ended their nine-game winning streak. This was the first game of the season where the goalkeeper, senior Chris Green, had a shutout, stopping every shot the opposing team attempted. Sophomore Harrison Hartzler scored the first goal with an assist from junior Freddy Comparato in the first half. The second goal was scored by junior Sam Bayliss near the end of the game to seal the the deal.

The team will face Maranatha Christian Academy this Friday.
