Debate at Emporia
Last weekend, the Debate team competed in a tournament at Emporia High School. As a whole, the team placed third in sweepstakes in a full field of schools. Sophomore Max Akers and Freshman Brooke Spurlock, in only their second tournament, placed third among novice debaters. All in all, it was a good weekend for the Bishop Seabury debate squad.
