High School Soccer Continues on Winning Streak

The varsity soccer boys took their eighth straight win against Cair Paravel Latin School in Topeka with a final score of 5-2. Sophomore Harrison Hartzler drew a penalty kick at the beginning of the match, scoring the first goal of the game. Sophomore Evan McHenry scored the second goal for Seabury from a deflection by the opposing keeper. Minutes into the second half, the score became 2-1 when a goal was scored for Cair Paravel. Soon after McHenry scored again with a deflection off of the keeper. Junior Freddy Comparato scored the fourth goal for the Seahawks. After another goal for Cair Paravel, junior Sam Bayliss scored a header for the final goal of the game with an assist from Comparato.
On October 9th, the boys will play Barstow, attempting to keep their streak alive.
